The Cessnock Rugby League Football Club Old Boys Club charter is:

* To provide a mechanism for maintaining social contact with ex players and officials;

* To support the Cessnock Rugby League Football Club by encouraging attendance at games and functions;

* To assist with building a relationship with current players and officials;

* To be an inclusive organisation encouraging broad membership and participation;

* To utilise surplus funds to support the development of local junior rugby league and its players. It is however noted that the primary focus of the CRLFCOBC is not to raise money; and

* Where possible support sponsors of the Minor and Senior Rugby League
